Accomodation policies

Arrival and departure

• Check-In from 15:00
• Check-Out until 11:00
• Check-In before 15:00 is possible subject to availability. Additional charges may apply depending on the length of stay at the property.
• Check Out after 11:00, is possible subject to availability. Additional charges may apply depending on the length of stay in the property.

Smoking

Smoking is prohibited in all rooms of the facility and in the common areas. Smoking is allowed on the balconies and in the garden.

Pets

Small-sized pets are accepted upon request. Pets are only allowed in the rooms and garden, but not in the interior common areas. Pet owners are kindly requested not to leave them unattended at the premises of the facility. The property may charge guests with additional cleaning costs due to the animals staying in the property.

Lost property

A Lost and Found service is available at the facility. In case of loss of items, please contact the Front Desk either by phone at 0030 6976512505 or by email at casadipierro2018@gmail.com.

Access

Access to the rooms and common areas of the property is only permitted for guests who are registered at the facility.

Accommodation Tax

The property charges EUR 2.00 per room per night as accommodation tax.

Cancellation policy

For reservations made through the property’s website, 50 % of the value of the stay is paid as a deposit, which is non-refundable in case of no-show or cancellation.

Covid 19 Response Measures

Casa di Pierro, with a sense of responsibility towards its customers, staff and other partners, informs its guests about the hygiene measures and policies to deal with the Covid-19 pandemic. At the accommodation we fully implement the hygiene and safety protocols required by the World Health Organization and the Greek authorities. More specifically:

Symptoms

• If a guest shows symptoms he is obliged to contact the hotel manager and stay in the room until a health professional arrives.

Reception

• Check-in and check-out times have been modified to 15:00 and 11:00 respectively for the purposes of disinfecting and ventilating the rooms in the time between the departure of the previous guests and the arrival of the next ones.
• Upon arrival, guests must wait outdoors until they are called by reception staff
• Thermometry is provided for everyone upon entering the accommodation
• The floor has a clear sign indicating where guests should stand when waiting in the reception to avoid overcrowding
• The observance of the foreseen distances in the reception is mandatory
• Guests are responsible for transporting their luggage
• Room keys are disinfected before delivery to guests
• We can send the customer account before the check-out as well as all the relevant invoices and receipts via e-mail

Restaurant

• Guests’ hands must be sanitized when entering the restaurant
• Hand sanitizers have also been placed on each table
• The distances of the table seats are regulated based on the instructions of the National Public Health Organization.
• An electronic menu with code scan (QR) is provided at each table
• Restaurant staff wears a mask and gloves where provided

The mandatory use of mask in the areas of the facility is subject to the guidelines of the National Public Health Organization
Our personnel is vaccinated or undertakes a Covid-19 self-test every week.
